A Mastermind in the context of what we’re doing is leveraging the power of group knowledge to share resources and insights to your business.

Launching a new website and need feedback? You have a focus group to give you feedback.

Trying to figure out ways to get new clients? We can brainstorm solutions together.

Eric De Feo is the Founder of HCI and has been coaching, building, and investing in startups for the last 12 years.

For this Mastermind, Eric is passionate about sharing from personal experience, while blending different concepts from academic and coaching pedagogies.

When not working, he enjoys learning new languages (Portuguese right now), reading a book a week, swimming, knitting, making pottery, and strength training.

The rate is sliding scale. It’s a $50/month subscription for businesses with under $15k/month in revenue, and $100/month for businesses over $15k/month revenue.

You can cancel anytime.

We welcome folks from around the country. Even within the Hudson Valley, it’s not always easy to meet up in person because we all tend to live between 15mins – 1 hr away from each other.

Cancel anytime. You can join for as many months as you’d like.

We will cancel from the time you contact us to do so. You will be immediately removed from private access groups, folders, and invites.

We have all types of businesses, from solopreneurs, to folks wanting to scale up to a multi-million dollar business. We share many of the same challenges.

For participants, we expect you to show up to meetings, be engaged, do the work, and be coachable. We will work together in 90 day sprints.

For HCI, we will be facilitating the meetings and sharing resources and homework in between calls on our portal.
