HCI provides programs, events, and online resources, including this site (the “Services”). By using these Services, you agree that HCI can collect and use your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Your Personal Data
While using our Services, HCI asks you to provide information that identifies you (“Personal Data”). This includes:

Phone number
Physical address
Credit card or other payment information (for paid Services only)
Usage Data such as mobile phone ID or browser data
Demographic information such as race, gender, and similar data
Other information that you provide to us, including in our online forum or during events we host
HCI uses Personal Data to provide, manage, and improve the Services. We also use it to manage your account, send you updates, and contact you as needed.

with mentors and advisors who help HCI provide Services to you;

if you’re a member of HCI, during your membership and for one (1) year afterwards;
if you’re not a member of HCI, for one (1) year after you provide us your information; or
if a longer time period is required by US law, for that amount of time.

Cookies are small files that are placed on your device while you’re online. These files contain details of your browsing history.
We use cookies to verify users, record your login details, and track what you view on our site. We use first-party cookies (sent by HCI to your device) and third-party cookies (sent by our service providers). Payments
We provide paid Services, for which we use third-party payment processors.
We provide your Personal Data to our third-party payment processors. Their use of your Personal Data is governed by their privacy policies. These payment processors follow PCI-DSS standards, as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
California "Do Not Track" Disclosure
Some browsers allow you to send a “Do Not Track” signal. Our Services are not currently set up to respond to these signals.
California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident who has a business relationship with us, you can request certain privacy information once a year. In particular, you can learn whether we’ve shared your Personal Data with third parties so those third parties can market directly to you.
